Location / South Shore

South Shore is located on the picturesque Yorkshire coast just south of Bridlington town centre. Set in 18 acres, the park was originally established in the 1950s and now has 250 chalets. South Shore has a strong sense of community with a large number of the chalets having been owned by the same people for several years. Bridlington itself is a popular seaside resort which holidaymakers love to come back to year on year, and so the park has many familiar faces.

The Town

The town boasts a shopping complex, golf courses, fishing, boat trips, funfairs and amusement arcades and the seafront road-train takes visitors to all of these attractions.

You can visit Burton Agnes Hall, Sewerby Park or Bondville Miniature Village. Family attractions include John Bull World of Rock, Beside The Seaside Museum and the brand new £25m Leisure Centre. The Leisure Centre has a range of activities for the whole family to enjoy including swimming, gym, climbing and classes. Parking at the Leisure Centre is free for up to four hours.

Why Bridlington?

Bridlington overlooks the magnificent scenery where the countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds meets the sea and is surrounded by epic award winning beaches, perfect for pet friendly family walks and couple getaways.

Bridlington is certainly a fun place to take the family, and is chilled out enough for a relaxing retreat.
